White Mountaineering Enhances Retro Outdoor Styles for SS19

White Mountaineering has been a tried-and-true Japanese staple for those who’ve long been in-the-know. The Yosuke Aizawa-lead label has redefined the modern outdoor aesthetic by mixing in street-centric designs as well as functional details.

The story continues on for Spring/Summer 2019 but this time, colors get enhanced to give the range a more retro feel. Hard-to-miss plaids, mixed-sized stripes, and other colorfully charged patterns dominate the collective. There are more subdued pieces in the mix but it’s the vibrant silhouettes that steal the show. Outerwear, trousers, shirts and shorts have distinct cuts accentuated by the technical fabrics used.
